We have retained more than 100 local sales professionals to perform on-site marketing activities for our products. They speak local dialects and are familiar with local farmers’ needs and problems. We have one district manager responsible for all marketing personnel and services in each region. In addition, lectures for local farmers and salespeople are held periodically to educate them about agricultural technology and product use and nationwide hotlines have been set up to answer additional questions.
