Pursuant to the over-allotment option exercised in full by the underwriter of its public offering, CGA closed the sale of an additional 525,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price of $7.15 per share; on November 25, 2009, CGA closed its sale of 1,282,052 shares of its common stock at a price of $15.60 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $20 million. |

This was then acquired by Green Agriculture in September 2007. |
