Tao Li, President and CEO - Mr. Li established the Company’s operating subsidiary, Shaanxi TechTeam Jinong Humic Acid Product Co., Ltd in 2000. He graduated from Northwest Polytechnic University, from which he holds a Master’s degree. Previously he has held positions at the World Bank, National Key Laboratory for Low Temperature Technology, and Northwest Polytechnic University.

Min Li General Manager -Mr. Min Li was born on Sept.6,1976, and graduated from Northwest University in 2000, and he was employed by Shaanxi Techteam Jinong Humic Acid Co.,Ltd. in 2001, and he has taken the position of President assistant, vice director and director of the adminstrative office of Techteam Group from 2001 to 2008, and right now, he serves as the general manager of Shaanxi Techteam Jinong Humic Acid Co., Ltd.

Xianglan Li, General Engineer - Professor Li graduated from Northwest A&F University and is an expert in Chinese soil organic content. She is a research supervisor of CAS and MWR Institute of Soil and Water Conservation. She has won numerous prizes for her scientific achievements. Li has published over 30 theses and books.

Yumin Liu, Technical Director - Professor Liu graduated from Northwest A&F University and is a well-known expert in agriculture, geography and soil & water conservation. He has won the Shaanxi Science and Technology Achievement Prize, the Science and Technology Progress Prize issued by the Chinese Academy of Science, and the Shaanxi Science and Technology Progress Prize.

Yu Hao, Financial Manager - Mr. Hao has been with the Company as the financial director since 2002. Previously, He was financial manager of Shaanxi Fengxiang Automobile Repair Plant, and Shaanxi Baoji Xinsanwei Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd. Mr. Hao holds a college degree.
